You were understanding that we had to pay by cheque and an invoice required. The cheque could not have been cleared in the time frame. An army of staff arrived (5). They brought me the invoice as agreed. The house had not been cleaned for 12 years, so it was a task and a half. “Recently stayed for two nights, whilst trading at an event at the Lincoln showground. A small, but very comfortable and clean room, with everything needed, including good wifi. Very friendly hosts, who did earlier than normal breakfasts for us, as we needed an early start. Breakfast was lovely, good choice, plentiful and cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.”

“Had my sons 4th birthday party here today. He's absolutely loved it and so did all the other kids. Great value for money. The food managed to feed all the kids and their parents and we still had some left over! Plenty of space for adults to relax and watch the kids run about and the space is much bigger than it looks on pictures. There's even stuff the smaller kids to do which is nice when younger siblings are attending. The couple that run it are lovely and very helpful, I barely had to lift a finger. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Fast, cheap and efficient! They gave me an order half-price because it was small. You know when bath towels get damp abd they have that mouldy smell? Washing them again (with my own machine) didn't sort it. I took them to Valley Cleaning and they washed/dried them. Smell: gone.”

Professional, yet so friendly, caring, and reassuring - and extremely helpful & informative. I am not a registered patient with the practice, but I do prefer to come here as a private patient for a clean-up because of this amazing service. On both occasions I have had the airflow clean, which is quite expensive, but absolutely worthwhile. My teeth have never looked or felt so good! I have moved areas and now live 30 miles away, but will still continue to come here to see Diane for a clean because of the service I've had on both previous occasions. All of the other staff are really friendly and helpful too. Marvellous!”

It was a lovely home away from home experience. We had all the facilities and kitchen utensils we needed . The home is Lovely spacious well decorated, great location close to the A1 motorway. Lots of shops close by . Very safe and secure, lots of parking. Super fast wifi . I would definitely recommend this place.”
