“Absolutely fabulous service, quality sofas and chairs. Visited twice during the weekend. Once to see what was suitable & available, second to purchase as we found the whole experience great and the item wanted just right. Gemma served us both times and was so thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. She did not pressure sell which is a big thing. We bought a La_z_boy motorised head and tilt loveseat which serves my needs completely. I am disabled and needed to buy the 'right' chair as I sit in it a lot every day. The price was good and even the extra for the head tilt and lumber mechanism was reasonable. I also purchased the insurance as it covers let damage as well as the usual things. The time it will take for my chair to be made and diverted is acceptable. I am really looking forward to it's arrival. Gemma made a positive impressin on us lovely. I would highly recommend KC Sofas Chesterfield to everyone wanting quality service, sofas, and/or chairs at the reasonable price. DELIVERY My new live seat was delivered this morning by Sam and Kami, who gave a pre arrival phone call which was much appreciated. Both of these men were polite, considerate, were careful bringing the seat in, and professional. I do hope when I next order from KC Sofas I have both these men delivering my goods. In conclusion, the whole experience from the very start to the very end has been a positive one. I bought a Tesla which was perfect except for a 12mm (gash/graze) in the steering wheel exactly where my hand held the wheel while driving so needed to be repaired. After talking to Maggie she was confident this could be repaired at Interior Revival and so it proved and at a reasonable cost. Well worth the 228 mile round trip from my home. I would highly recommend this company if you need a steering wheel trim repaired.”

Kuci Design were really good to deal with, quick delivery and responsive to emails. Bricks are a bit thinner than some brands which we found made them easier to work with.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Darrell was amazing with the design of our main bathroom but then blew us away with the en suite - the finished result of both bathrooms is stunning. Our fitter Mark - and his wife Vicky - were exceptional. The quality and standard were above expectations . They are the reason we went for the en suite so soon as we didn’t want anyone else to do the job given the high standard. I’m sure other fitters offer a great service but we didn’t want anyone else! “As a joiner I know what’s good and what isn’t and the quality of the doors, plynth and end panels is right up there. The care in the plynth being edged, the bevel on the shaker doors and the knowledge of there product they had for any inquiries I had ticked all the boxes.
