Mount Pleasant Recovery delivered the vehicle to Ken Jenkins the following morning and by mid afternoon it had been repaired and ready to drive home. “I had an emergency with a slow puncture on a weekend gravel bike packing ride and had lost my tool pouch and had to limp 15 miles to Joe's shop. Joe was absolutely brilliant in getting me back on the road with a brand new tyre (tear in the side wall of old tyre) and the required tools for any future issue. He could have taken advantage of me and charged whatever he liked but in the end I think he actually undercharged me for the work. Joe was also excellent to get on with and full of interesting stories. I would highly recommend his services for any bike enthusiasts whether expert or just starting out.”

She took the details of our machine and promised to call me back, which she did so promptly. Because there was a couple of choices of the part, she emailed me photographs so I was able to match them up with our technician. They had the parts in stock and having emailed an invoice for me to pay, the parts were despatched the same day. Very helpful and efficient service.”
