She was super patient with my very full hair and was the first hairdresser that has ever accepted (and chearfully so) to dry my hair with a diffuser to define my curls, as hairdressers usually find it easier/quicker to blow dry my wavy hair straight. Will definitely be coming back.”

Having any treatment around the eyes is nerve wracking but I needn’t have worried. It was completely painless and I thought it would be especially where the skin is thinner but I was wrong. In the areas where it’s a bit thicker so towards the cheek, it scratched slightly but that’s all. Em is completely professional and knows her stuff. She is quick, gentle and puts you at ease. She explains everything she’s doing, what to expect, aftercare etc. I am so thrilled with the results. Under my eyes have been a concern for a while with tired looking, dark circles and puffiness but Lumi Eyes has really improved them. I don’t wear concealer now! Would 100% recommend.”
