“We booked Ace Party for our wedding at Peak Edge in August 2024. They were great to deal with and provided crazy golf, carnival games, high striker and a Photo Booth. These activities were fundamental to making the day such a success as our guests were never bored and massively added to the sense of fun. Very hard to imagine a better party equipment rental service is out there as having used them we would now not think of using anybody else.”

“Magic Merlin was brilliant at our recent Circus Fun Day at school. His communication with me from the start was excellent, he arrived promptly on the day and was very organised. He was friendly and incredibly flexible- he just went with the flow and offered to stay longer too. The children (and staff/parent helpers) absolutely loved the magic show and his circus skills went down really well with the kids too. I would highly recommend Magic Merlin- he really helped to make our circus fun day extra special.”

“Stayed last week for the second time. The first being 2 years ago. Really lovely, very clean and well kept. Nice touches like champagne and chocolates on arrival as well as tea coffee and a lot of kitchen condiments. The spa was an amazing addition too. The house is well away from the road and very quiet.”

The food was presented well, hot and very tasty. A good choice of drinks available and a good selection of breakfast options on the menu. On the actual evening there was not a piece if floor that hadn't been danced on which is very rare from what I have seen at weddings I have been to with empty dance floors... “Visited this pub for a children's Halloween party (organized by the venue) the effort the staff put into the party, which was free, was outstanding. This is a modern pub that attracts all ages. Efficient and friendly bar staff. Very clean toilets, empty glasses on tables cleared regularly.”
