“Phoned as I needed a ball joint for my car... Admittedly I had called two other suppliers that did not have stock... Spoke to Ellie who was very efficient and friendly and gave me price options on different brands... Kept them on reserve for me to collect later that day. Upon arriving at the store the lad on the counter was serving a gent who ordered parts but made a mistake with his order and changed his mind again which took a while to sort... Said lad on counter was very patient with the customer although a queue had formed... Upon seeing this one of the guys from the office dropped what he was doing and came out to help... Again very friendly and efficient... Had the parts in stock and was cheaper... Great service... Staff should be commended.”

“I purchased a pair of front ebc yellow stuff pads and the c hook brake discs for my m140i. I was a bit sceptical at first as they had no reviews but the eBay reviews were spot on, so I thought I’d give them a try. I’ve been using the pads and discs for about a month and at first I wasn’t very confident but once you break them in (as you do with all brakes) I’m loving them! I’ll defo be buying my rear pads and discs from them too. Shipping was fast and the quality is as good as my usual brembo’s (if not better) and they were cheaper. Performance is great once you break them in.”

The quality of the workmanship that's gone into making the Hybrid turbos is second to none! Its a shame that on my Jeep Wrangler its tucked out the way so.no one can see it:. From the first fire up with the new turbo from Falcon, the idle was smooth as silk, all of the issues with shifting etc have gone. Fuel efficiency has gone up! The power delivery now is smooth, and so much more solid! Even compared to an identical Wrangler that doesn't have a buggered turbo like mine did before! I will definitely be using Falcon in future, and referring others to them also! I'm proud to have a Falcon turbo! :)”
