I contacted Highfield Plumbing and Heating because I wanted to try a different engineer this year — I wasn’t fully confident that everything had been completed properly last time. Martin arrived promptly, completed the full service thoroughly, and the whole job was done within about 15 minutes. He explained everything clearly and issued the certificate on the spot. I’m very pleased with the service and can strongly recommend Highfield Plumbing and Heating for their professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication.”

“Tim Vice Chesterfield is an excellent values orientated supplier as well as offering value for money. They come out fix your issues and give you reasonable payment terms which is great in an emergency. The work men are skilled courteous and freindly I only use Tim Vice for my electrical plumbing and house requirements. I have used them for 3 years in a newly purchased house so have had plenty of opportunities to work with them getting house up to scratch and can whole heartly recommend them ad a professional and continuous supplier. I wish more companies gave this level of satisfaction and assurance ps certifications provided with every job emailed with their invoices. “My front upvc door mechanism failed. I know nothing about this sort of thing and after being let down by two locksmiths and another quoting me over £300 i thought i'd have a go myself. So i dismantled it all (8 screws), found this store online and visited them taking all the bits with me. They replaced the broken part for me and within 30 mins my front door was working perfectly again. Amazing service and I totally reccomend them and will use them again. Very happy. :)”

“Prior to coming here I had taken my Dewalt core drill to another repair shop (Turner Hire) and the man behind the counter wasted 20 - 30 minutes of my time telling me how my drill wasn’t any good and how difficult it would be and a headache to replace the chuck, he told me it wouldn’t be worth it to fix and that I wouldn’t get it back for about 4-5 weeks. I called here and spoke to the gentleman and was told to bring it in for inspection, he told me how much it would cost give or take on the day to fix. I asked him if it would be an issue to replace my chuck and he replied “I haven’t failed to take one off yet” It was a nice relief the great attitude and customer service compared to the previous shop I had been to. I don’t really write reviews but on this occasion I couldn’t be more happier as I received my drill 3/4 days later. I have used the drill and it works like new and the price was more than reasonable what I paid to have it fixed. He made it clear that if the drill wasn’t worth repairing he’d let me know before he did anything to it. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you.”

“We wanted a new kitchen extension new bathrooms and a dressing room and Dan looked after us from start to finish and even 3 years on comes back and helps us with any issues we may have most recently our Qettle tap had a fault and Qettle replaced it and Dan came and installed it for us ….. fantastic service fantastic team and a good guy to boot.”

“Dealt with these guys for years nothings too much trouble. If you want it in wheelbarrows it’s fine just make sure you tell them when ordering. And have at least 3 people and three barrows one filling one being emptied and one on the way back.thats how we do it .great service Ontime and the agreed price doesn’t change can’t ask for much better service”
