He only has Tom cut it and i must say he is brill always does a good job and talks to my son to put him at ease, we have been coming here years. Sometimes gets a bit busy for walk in and there is a wait but it's worth it.”

“Wow, fantastic range of beds. The owner is really friendly. I was convinced we were in for a hard sell as we were on our way out as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for, but no - the owner was really helpful, pulled out loads of catalogs for us to look through as they have hundreds more beds than what are just on display. I showed him a picture of a fabric bed I saw in Next, and he showed us something similar in one of the catalogs. He then talked us through the options and that we could customise it to our specification, including the fabric from a massive range of swatches. Once we’d chosen exactly what it is we wanted, he went away to get us a quote. Whilst we were waiting, I was convinced it would be a mad price given we had customised the life out of the bed we’d chosen, but no, the price we were given for a fully customised frame was £200 cheaper than what Next we’re charging. And the frame we’d chosen was better quality (solid base instead of sprung slats). I can’t recommend this bed place enough!”

Met by the lovely Alana who went above and beyond to check we were comfortable in this warm weather, that our rooms were perfect, explain about the amenities and other local attractions. “Stopped off here for a night while driving from up north to down south. Really good hotel, staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was plenty large and the atmosphere of the hotel was very comfortable. Very good breakfast with a nice restaurant area. Great location with a Morrisons across the road, easy access to the motorway and Rotherham only a few minutes drive down the road. Really good price and value for money, especially if you sign up to the free Ibis/Accor membership for members prices. Would recommend!”

“Stayed here for one night . Everything you need for a budget stay. Location not central however staff very helpful . Rooms were great for the price Large rooms . Extra services ie hairdryer and ironing board . No bar and lift was broken didn't cause us an issue but as we on third floor would have been a problem if you had mobility issues Overall a good size room and clean Good value for money”

“Lyndon - an employer who works there helped me and my mum put together a coffee table as we had to return it twice in the same day due to the screws not working properly as they did not fit or connect properly, he swiftly noticed this and agreed the screws were at fault and nothing we had done wrong. We really needed the table but instead of us taking back another one, he fitted it together for us so we didn’t have to struggle which really made our day. He was so kind and thoughtful, the quality of service was amazing, so amazing we had to leave feedback and review. Thanks Lyndon from Parkgate, Rotherham Argos, you’re a wonderful employee!!”

“Stayed at prime lodge and after reading Google reviews I was a bit worried. But after arrival I found the reviews to be very unfair. The room could do with a revamp but otherwise is was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would happily return. Staff friendly and if you enter your reg at reception you don't get charged for parking. I love the motel style as it makes rooms much more private. For the price the hotel was more than worth it . Thank you.”

“I am a 58yr old male, no major health but unfortunately I was admitted into the ASU at Rotherham General Hospital on 24th October 25 with the worst chest/stomach pains that I've ever felt in my entire life, 12 outa 10. The staff there acted quickly and soon took control of my pain as well as successfully locating and diagnosing the problem. Less than 24hrs later I had been into theater and was very comfortably back on the ward. Every single one of the staff there, from the cleaners, caterers and porters right up to the aneathnatis, surgeons and theater staff each took exceptional care of me and I shall be eternally grateful. In as little as 48hrs from admittance I was home in my own bed. Today, 2 weeks after being admitted I am back on two feet and as good as new. These guys are overworked, under paid and unappreciated. Despite the unjust bad reputations they get slammed with they soldier on and why, because the care. To all at Rotherham General Hospital, I applaud you Yours Gratefully Kevin Middleton”

“I was bluelighted here by ambulance in October 2024 with a heart rate of 160bpm. I was petrified but the staff were brilliant with me. I wasn’t kept waiting to get treated. Only thing I was kept waiting for was a bed on AMU. It was 4am the next morning I was transferred to there. The ladies who bring you drinks were excellent and one lady was making us laugh. I was then transferred to ward A1 that afternoon at about 4pm where I stayed until my discharge 4 days later. The staff on there were very caring and helpful. They really are angels and the patient transport who took me home bonded with me because I was missing my cat and dog. They helped me into my house and they said awww they sure have missed you because of how my darling pets greeted me. Thank you to all who looked after me on Wednesday 16 until Monday 21 October 2024”
