“Great customer services! The staff are extremely helpful and they will help you to their best ability to fix your car. Booking appointments online on their website or phone is easy and walk ins is available at anytime. We walked in for puncture repair. Turns out we needed new tpms sensors and lucky they have the ones we need in stock. They all changed it on the same day. The first visit went well. Second visit, we need to get new tyres and they have affordable premium ones on their website. Great customer service again when we drop off the car and great communication when it's ready to be collected. We will be returning to HiQ Tyres & Autocare Hedge End again in future. Highly recommend A++++”

“I was saddened to read some of the reviews which reflected an experience greatly different to my own. Firstly I had an urgent need for the air conditioning in my car to be regassed. It worked but took a long time before it started to cool but even then it wasn’t as cold as I would have liked. I booked online and got an appointment in less than 24 hours. The staff were polite and helpful and had a great sense of humour. It was completed in the specified time and I received a courtesy call to say my car was ready for collection. The following day I had to do a 200 mile drive and couldn’t believe what a difference it made. It came on virtually instantaneously and provided a far cooler car than I had previously experienced. As well as it being regassed I paid extra for a clean which did give off quite a strong smell but this was gone within a day. All in all a timely and uncomplicated service and I will certainly use them again.”

“Now what I like about Wickes is you actually get served by a very member of staff who recognise customer service, not by a self service till like at B&Q where staff sit around and chat whilst you do their job for them. This is not the largest Wickes but it does what you want and you can always order in if you prefer.”

“Went in yesterday early morning as tyre was showing low air pressure and I plugged it in without checking it just for it to completely deflate the tyre so I went in and asked for help and the two lady’s was super helpful and friendly then one of them (didn’t catch a name) checked it and realised the cable was split so she got me the full refund as I tried paying a few times and got an electric pump from her car and pumped up our tyre back up and still even offered to pump up the other 3 in the freezing cold at 7am. Thank you again”
