“Great customer services! The staff are extremely helpful and they will help you to their best ability to fix your car. Booking appointments online on their website or phone is easy and walk ins is available at anytime. We walked in for puncture repair. Turns out we needed new tpms sensors and lucky they have the ones we need in stock. They all changed it on the same day. The first visit went well. Second visit, we need to get new tyres and they have affordable premium ones on their website. Great customer service again when we drop off the car and great communication when it's ready to be collected. We will be returning to HiQ Tyres & Autocare Hedge End again in future. Highly recommend A++++”

“My driver seat door wasn’t closing flush and my garage had already had a look and said it needed to go to a body shop. I hadn’t been to a body shop before so I chose Smart based on reviews. David’s communication was great and when I eventually got to see him, he was able to fix the problem just by sorting out some screws and didn’t even charge me. What a nice, honest decent chap. I can see why he has good reviews and if I ever need body repairs I’ll be going back to Smart and recommending to others”

They recently diagnosed and repaired an intermittent fault on my daughter’s Seat Ibiza, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. “Came down today for a small chip repair on my windscreen. Spoke to a very polite and useful man named Alex. Alex's customer service was exceptional and my car was finished within the hour. Alex also gave me directions to the nearest coffee shop so that I could wait for the car to be completed elsewhere if I wanted. I would recommend this particular location to anyone.”

“Mr Wilson visited my property as I thought I needed to have pipes altered as I was doing renovation work. He was able to recommend me a great alternative solution that was far more cost effective for me. He was very informative on how my boiler operated and what I needed to do to re-pressurise and also if I wanted taking off a radiator for more decorative works.
