“Stopped off on my own on route further north. I had emailed in advance to say I would be arriving late and could I have a room in the quiet part. They responded quickly advising they are there 24/7 and they had reserved me a room. It was easy to find, plenty of parking. The lady who was working (last night 19th)was so friendly, a credit to your company and made me feel at ease. Room was clean and spacious. I paid for the breakfast and all of the staff were very friendly, food was yummy and good value. All interactions I had with all of the staff were positive, I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again”

“I was recently involved in a non fault accident. Luckily the person responsible admitted to what they done. Their insurer tasked KC Autos with repairing the damage. The boot lid was dented just under the reg plate. In less than a week the damage was repaired and if you didn't know what happened to it then you wouldn't even know. The work done is excellent and done to a very high standard. Each member of staff I've spoken to on the phone and the person who collected my car to complete the work have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. I was updated at every stage of the process. If it wasn't for the accident then I wouldn't have come across KC Autos but I'll definitely be considering them first should I ever need work doing to my car. Highly recommend this company. Thank you to all involved in repairing my car. You definitely deserve more than 5 stars because you've worked some magic to get my car back to the pre accident state. They even valeted the car before returning it. Very impressed.”

He has had my cossie in for a couple of weeks to rectify multiple issues which have been present since i purchased the car a few years ago. “We had a large job which was to fit a new boiler, all radiators & new pipes We would like to Thank Chris & Martin for an amazing job , I cannot praise them both enough, so hardworking just absolutely brilliant on every level, . We hadn't had heating for many years, everything had to be removed & you can only imagine the dust & dirt that had accumulated over time, but they used dust sheets & cleaned continuously, there was no mess at all. I have never seen anyone work so hard as Chris & Martin non stop all day, all this whilst being so accommodating to my disability, they were so understanding & kind. Both were so professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgable & skilled. I hope that Chris & Martin get the recognition they both deserve, the very best representatives any business could ever wish for. Thank you”

“Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”
