“A beautiful place to stay with a host in Simon who makes the experience of staying even better. The location is perfect for visits to Stoke on Trent and there are a host of great local pubs to eat at within 20 minutes. Breakfast was ideal and would recommend the oatcakes! And how the huge dining area has been broken down into different character areas is very clever. The menu has variety and both our meals were something new to us and delicious. “i absolutely love this place it is my all time favourite. the food is delicious, the waiters and waitresses are lovely and polite and the building itself is gorgeous. i went there for my birthday and they were so sweet gave me desert on the house and sang happy birthday. it’s in a lovely little village and everywhere is so tranquil- especially later at night. i consistently go back to alberto’s because how lovely a place it is. this is my favourite restaurant i’ve ever been to and highly recommend as the food is delicious and affordable”

“Decided to book in for a Sunday lunch after reading some other reviews. Really happy that we did as we were served a great Sunday lunch. We all had starters, myself going for the mussels which didn't disappoint and were well presented and very tasty coupled with a nice portion size as were the other starters. We all went for the giant Yorkshire pudding which contains all other elements of this amazing lunch, parsnips, carrots, broccoli, red cabbage, roast and mashed potato and stuffing. The veg was cooked perfectly for us, still having that little bit of bite, nothing was overcooked and it was all piping hot and tasty. By far one of the nicest Sunday lunches that you would possibly compare to one of your own, but without the effort of cooking it yourself. We will be back for this again and to try out some of the other items on the menu.”

“I had a great time at Riminis Cafe in Crewe. The restaurant has an interesting design and decoration with Turkish elements, such as carpets, cushions, lanterns, and paintings. The staff are nice and friendly, and they make you feel welcome. I ordered the Mixed Grill, which is a collection of all delicious Turkish grill items, such as lamb adana kebabs, chicken adana kebab, lamb shish and more. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. I also tried the Falafel, which was different from the classic falafel I usually have. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice flavour of herbs and spices. I loved it even more with the Turkish chili sauce that came with it. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Turkish food or wants to try something new. Riminis Cafe is one of my favourite places to eat in Crewe.”

“I've stayed here twice & would highly recommend it, Rural location (on a farm), en-suite accommodation with access to a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is located in a separate detached building, which is next to the farmhouse. It's very clean & a freshly cooked to order break to set you up for the day. There's plenty of parking, I once turned up in a very large van & parked no problem.”

“Needed hotel as visiting family near by, this was in an excellent location. Alsager is a lovely town, we visited a lovely bakers and had a lovely lunch. Also pubs and couple of restaurants nearby for evening meals. If you like national trust, there's a quaint place called Little Morton Hall worth a visit. The hotel was run by lovely people, and the breakfast can't be faulted. We will definitely stay there again”

“Recently got married here and we had a perfect day. Carol was very involved with organising but was never in the way. Nothing we wanted was ever any trouble and the planning process was smooth thanks to the staff. Brett who runs the marquees and wedding side of the business was incredible and again very accommodating. Lovely family and great place. Would definitely recommend staying here for a holiday as well as a wedding as the house is incredible and has everything you could ever need.”
