“A very welcoming,dog friendly Hotel. Helpful reception and friendly service. We stayed bed and breakfast, over the Christmas period. A most pleasant room with a comfortable bed. A great breakfast. Thank you.”

“Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”

“Just had a 1 night stay for our 40th wedding anniversary had our evening meal and I had a fillet steak it was beautiful, my husband had the lamb pie it was very tasty but a bit on then small size. The room was spotless and very spacious, breakfast was delicious, I will definitely visiting again. Thank you”

“Decided to book in for a Sunday lunch after reading some other reviews. Really happy that we did as we were served a great Sunday lunch. We all had starters, myself going for the mussels which didn't disappoint and were well presented and very tasty coupled with a nice portion size as were the other starters. We all went for the giant Yorkshire pudding which contains all other elements of this amazing lunch, parsnips, carrots, broccoli, red cabbage, roast and mashed potato and stuffing. The veg was cooked perfectly for us, still having that little bit of bite, nothing was overcooked and it was all piping hot and tasty. By far one of the nicest Sunday lunches that you would possibly compare to one of your own, but without the effort of cooking it yourself. We will be back for this again and to try out some of the other items on the menu.”

“Ordered food for a wedding for 40people. Service was excellent, staff helped us decide on the menu, great communication regarding services and very fair price. Food arrived on time and was delicious. Even had some left over to have seconds. Highly recommend.”

“Lovely, cozy, traditional pub / restaurant, with lovely decor, great, friendly, service, and delicious food. Overall really enjoyable experience taking my elderly mother out (in her wheelchair ... which I was quite dreading, but didn't need to because the Fox & Hounds was 'wheelchair friendly' and (with the help of the lovely staff) the experience was totally stress-free!). So a really special time spent with my mother, who enjoyed her meal immensely! Thank you to all staff at The Fox & Hounds. Totally recommend this pub / restaurant to anyone.
