“Decided to book in for a Sunday lunch after reading some other reviews. Really happy that we did as we were served a great Sunday lunch. We all had starters, myself going for the mussels which didn't disappoint and were well presented and very tasty coupled with a nice portion size as were the other starters. We all went for the giant Yorkshire pudding which contains all other elements of this amazing lunch, parsnips, carrots, broccoli, red cabbage, roast and mashed potato and stuffing. The veg was cooked perfectly for us, still having that little bit of bite, nothing was overcooked and it was all piping hot and tasty. By far one of the nicest Sunday lunches that you would possibly compare to one of your own, but without the effort of cooking it yourself. We will be back for this again and to try out some of the other items on the menu.”

“Lovely little restaurant, good was insanely delicious, everything came out fresh and hot. Food came out very fast left like no more than 15mins. Child's pizza was lovely my child ate the whole thing. And said the icecream was nice. Staff (blonde lady on entrance) super friendly and very helpful. “Fabulous location a stones throw from the golf course and cricket ground. Really close to Newcastle and not a million miles from attractions like Waterworld or Alton Towers. The main draw though is the strawberry picking nearby. You cant escape the rural location when the 12 and 13 year old tractor boys walk around. The food though and the decor are first class. Whilst sitting waiting we watched 10 or 12 different meals come out and we could have ate every single one. A big recommendation from me.”

“Table for 1 on a Thursday - but the service was excellent. Food was fantastic too, one of the best Indian restaurants I have eaten at. Food tasted fresh and well prepared, presented amazingly. Spice levels in the menu were accurate too. Staff working here all seemed happy and recommended dishes that I haven't heard of and could describe them very well. Drink selection good too and draught cobra tasted good and matched well with food. Glancing into the kitchen and was refreshing to see a clean kitchen with organised sections too. If I'm ever back in the area I will be going back here!”
