I had a nice surprise because I was quoted for the work along with new drop links but on collection I was told the drop links were not needed which brought my bill down. It's nice to know I can trust a garage who only do work what's needed. I have used them a few times now and have always been really happy with the work and price . “Phone my insurance company after the chain snapped on my motorcycle tonight (Bank Holiday weekend) and they immediately dispatched Craig out to come and recover me and my bike to my home address. Great guy and great service, loaded the bike onto the flatbed with a proper motorcycle dolly and tension straps, then had a good chat all the way home. Happy to recommend them to any biker caught out and in trouble.”

“I visited today to collect a number plate which I had ordered online. A very polite young man made up the plate for me. He was very efficient and capable, unfortunately I did not get his name. While I was being dealt with a young lady named Melanie was dealing with an elderly gentleman who needed a refund. She received some loud comments from a woman in the queue who took exception to Melanie asking the gentleman the necessary questions required for a refund. The woman said she would complain. I found it uncomfortable for Melanie who was doing her job and embarrassing for the elderly gentleman who asked for a refund. Melanie behaved impeccably and professionally and dealt with the situation very well. I returned later as agreed to have the plate fitted. It was Melanie who fitted the plate and she did it perfectly and was very efficient and capable. My experience in store today was very pleasant because of Melanie and the young man who made my plate.”
