“On 25th October we had our wedding at the Lion & Swan, WOW it was certainly 5 stars!! After 8 years of being engaged and looking at sooo many venues, we randomly stumbled on The Lion & Swan and when we came for a viewing we knew it was what we were searching for. During the whole time planning our wedding Liam has been great, he is so attentive and nothing is too much trouble! Our wedding day was amazing and went smoothly. The venue is just stunning and even more so with wedding decor. The food was delicious!! Downstairs at Radleys is the perfect place for an evening reception which creates the best atmosphere for a party. Also all of our guests that stayed at the Venue commented on how lovely their bedrooms were and what a nice breakfast they had. We absolutely loved having everything for our special day under one roof and wouldn’t change a thing! Thankyou so much Liam for all of your help and support. Hannah & Dan x”

“We had two times delivery from here and both were great. Tonight the wings box was perfect. Fresh and tasty also we tried loaded fries and nachos with pulled pork and they come warm and with a lot of toppings. Delicious definitely we will have more food from here”

“After a busy day ,we called for an early evening meal. The pub is Beautiful and very well run.The food was outstanding. We ordered the special Rib Eye steak, the portion size was extremely generous, and cooked perfectly. Delicious food and a lovely warm reception. Thank you. Would highly recommend.”

“Very well run pub, 2 excellent pool tables, well kept beer, clean and functional toilets, lots of seating. My only gripe- and I'd knock it half a star for this if I could - is the music is often too loud and you have to shout to be heard. Not worth dropping to 4 stars for though. Great place.”

“I can’t believe I’ve only recently found this take away, I’ve ordered around 4 times now and each time the foods been incredible, very filling and perfect portion sizes, prices are really good also. The packaging stops the food sweating also, so the food isn’t soggy! This is definitely going to become our monthly take away spot!”
