Tough because they cover a lot of knowledge (more so than most other PT courses) and the standards set are high with more in-depth exams that just your regular Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. But it is worth it as you come away from the course with not just lots of theoretical knowledge, but also how to be a successful coach and how to set up your own business. The best part is the PT Clinic where you get the opportunity to train a variety of real clients, so you can put what you’ve learnt into practice straight away. The support from tutors both during and after the course has been excellent.
