“I’ve been using this chemist for a few years now and have never had any problems. The staff are always professional, and although I’ve seen many new faces over time, every team member who has helped me has been friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They’re also very efficient at getting medication in stock if it isn’t available right away, which I really appreciate. The bargain shelves are a great addition for the community, and I used to enjoy the accessory stands they had — it would be great to see those return. It’s also fantastic to see them offering more advanced services now. Overall, a reliable and supportive pharmacy that continues to improve and serve the community well. Keep up the good work”

“My Grandson has attended Early Days since he was six months old . Early Days is a very important part of his routine. All of the staff have helped tremendously with every aspect of his development. He is a very caring, smiley, fun loving little boy and I believe that Early Days has played a massive part in him being as such. The building, both inside and outside is a very clean, well managed, bright, cheerful and nurturing environment. The children are encouraged to try new foods and the food has always been nutritious or has my grandson states , "yummy". We are given daily reports of what he has eaten, what he has drank, his nap times and what activities he has participated in, aswell as regular photos on the Early Days Facebook page showing how much fun all the children are having. The staff encourage the children to explore the world and their surroundings in a fun, safe and enthusiastic manor. All of the staff have a genuine bond with the children. Throughout my grandson's time at Early Days, through the baby room, the toddler room and now the preschool room, he has bonded with every member of staff that has ever cared for him. At the moment he has a very strong bond to Pam Haynes, whom he refers to has " my Pammy". Pam and all the staff are a credit to the nursery and I would highly recommend Early Days Nursery to anyone.”

“Just completed the weekend Bushcraft, survival and wilderness living level 2. What an amazing weekend I am not new to Bushcraft but the knowledge of the instructor was extremely impressive. Peak district survival managed to cover so many aspects of Bushcraft/ wilderness living with out anything being rushed. There where many levels of experience on the course and everyone felt included and engaged. I will definitely be back.”

“The best ever nursery in Biddulph. My daughter tried other nurseries but ended up still crying after a month, until I found Willow Tree. I cannot thank the girls enough and I would highly recommend Willow Tree. My daughter loves going to nursery now. I did worry about the capacity as I wanted my son to get in as well, though luckily, they are both in now, happy happy. They have settled in amazingly well in a short period of time, and have gone above and beyond in supporting them. My son and daughter are doing brilliantly well, and their development have come on in leaps and bounds. They are always welcomed by staff, they feel happy, supported, and safe in their very cozy environment. I knew this nursery was for them as I felt like home the first time I visited. Their staff are amazing, and would offer to help our family whenever they could. Thank you so much Hannah, Laura, Donna, Sharon, Sarah, Grace, Laurie Dilecta and everybody. You are all amazing and I can’t thank you enough for everything you do.”

“Wow. What amazing service today. I went in to buy a hair styling product. Found what I was looking for quite quickly. I went to the counter to pay Lovely lady named Jill serving. I asked if I could use my reward points to buy this item. “ of course “. Was the reply. Then she told me it was on offer multi buy. I rushed over to get another identical item. There weren’t any more on the shelf. So when I returned to the counter. Jill kindly offered to order it in for me. I would still be able to use my reward points and get the multi buy offer. “Brilliant, I used to be with the one by the doctors in Wem, but after numerous altercations with the staff there, who were very rude and most of the time did not have my medication that I had asked for on an emergency in the pod. So I spoke to a lady at this pharmacy, the Rowlands pharmacy lusher when about changing my prescriptions to them. She said yes, not a problem. I explained the experiences I was having with the other pharmacy which was a Rowlands as well. When I next rang for my prescription which have got some high medicated drugs on there that I need, I rang the pod and changed it to this pharmacy. Since being with this pharmacy. I have never had a problem whatsoever my prescriptions have been hanging on the rail waiting for me and the staff are really nice and pleasant. There was only two members of staff at the other pharmacy that were rude. One was a lady that has left, the other is a man who is still there. He works in the background. He is very rude, but I cannot thank this pharmacy enough for being so helpful and like a proper pharmacy should be thank you so much.”
