“I had a needed to organise at WILL at very short notice due to a deterioration in my husbands health, this was over the New year bank holiday weekend. I looked at local solicitors and Carisma Wills Ltd appealed to me. Over 10years trading and local. I contacted the firm on the Bank holiday Monday , I had lost track of days due to tiredness. I was pleasantly surprised to get a response and an appointment booked for the Wednesday. This was a home visit,due to my husbands poor mobility. Great constant communication between both parties. The wednesday arrived brilliant lady arrived on time. Very professional and approachable. She broke the legal terminology down into a more easy to understand language. All areas and concerns covered. The Will was wrote up at the time. A copy was sent the following day to proof read prior to the signing. The signing was arranged for the following friday (today). Absolutely lovely experience. Didnt need to find an independent witness. The company took that stress out of my hands and brought a witness with her so that the signing could be done within short notice of time.
