“After been turned away from a pharmacy being told that there was nothing they could do for my sore swollen throat and roof of mouth even though I told them I was struggling to eat and drink and felt unwell (without even assessing me) simply told visit your dentist or doctors, I went to my usual pharmacy in ASDA as always really polite and helpful staff and the pharmacist was amazing as always She gave me a proper check over and told me I was boarder line throat infection and although anti biotics aren't advised at this time that I was to go back in 2 - 3 days if it wasn't any better to get anti biotics she did however she did give me a throat spray with antiseptic and numbing stuff and explained the difference between what I had already tried and what she was giving me Absolutely amazing service as always ( i only went to other pharmacist as it was close to work) In future I will stick to where I know Highly recommend Liz”

“For over 10 years I've used this pharmacy and I've never had any trouble, the staff are always polite to me. Repeat prescriptions take at least a week or more to be processed, you can often see big piles of prescriptions in boxes behind the counter, which shows how constantly busy it is and how hard the staff work. If I'm low on important medication they will do their best to get it sorted, and if that's not possible recommend where to go and who can help.”

“Amazing staff work so so hard and have to put up with abusive language and threatening behaviour from customers daily some even racist. Really seen the staff go above and beyond for customers ! Yes it's unfortunate when they close for lunch but everyone deserves a lunch and shouldn't receive abuse for a basic human right. Staff have NEVER served anyone I know or myself or family with any attitude but they won't take abuse from customers, which is very fair! Great staff not so great customers.”

“Always been helpful and polite to me - not sure why there’s so much negativity. Staff get a lot of pressure that I’ve not witnessed in other pharmacies even with similar wait times…firm but fair, obviously a busy shop. Female pharmacist is very efficient and male pharmacist who’s in on Fridays is very caring and patient with people who don’t seem to warrant patience. Big improvement in last 12 months - went from a 4 hour queue to a 2 min queue and a 10 min wait for a big prescription so I can’t complain.”

The invaluable support he has provided has made it a success not only once but twice for me and I will forever be grateful to him. He was extremely thorough with carrying out all tests and in 2018 I gave birth to my beautiful daughter. In 2019 I decided to add to my family and once again sought Dr Armatage’s assistance. I am so proud to say I am once again expecting. I believe that having such a caring and professional person has helped me succeed in my fertility journey. He has always been on hand to answer any questions or concerns even after I’d finished treatment at his clinic. He has always been prompt to call back too. The reassurance he provided and the real care he displayed has made it such a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his service to anyone else who is struggling with fertility.”

“Fantastic friendly pharmacy! I moved my preferred pharmacy to here recently due to them being so helpful and quick with dispensing prescriptions. I had an issue where I made a mistake and was late in requesting a prescription, meaning I'd run out on the day the signed off prescription reached the pharmacy. This pharmacy usually asks for 2 working days to fulfil prescriptions (my old pharmacy asked for 2 weeks!) Despite it being my fault, they were able to help me and dispense the medicine the day they received it, which really helped me out. Every time I visit, I always find them to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Can't recommend them enough!”
