“Just spent a night at the 'Spitfire' Premier Inn, Stafford. Stay was to the standard advertised & expected, although no capacity for hot breakfast due to a restaurant refurb BUT crossed the road & used 'Hurricane' Premier Inn & breakfasted there! I'd mention Sharon on reception at Spitfire who was genuinely welcoming when we first arrived & couldn't do enough to help us (to locate earlier arrived friends, direct us to a wedding venue & advise re local taxi's etc. Such a lovely lady).”

“Stopped off on my own on route further north. I had emailed in advance to say I would be arriving late and could I have a room in the quiet part. They responded quickly advising they are there 24/7 and they had reserved me a room. It was easy to find, plenty of parking. The lady who was working (last night 19th)was so friendly, a credit to your company and made me feel at ease. Room was clean and spacious. I paid for the breakfast and all of the staff were very friendly, food was yummy and good value. All interactions I had with all of the staff were positive, I would highly recommend staying here. The room its self looked old and tired, but it was very clean. They have a restaurant in the hotel, but it’s not open yet, so we booked breakfast in the pub opposite, which was very nice.”
