I have since had a very bad time which brought on stress anxiety and IBS So again I reached out to Andy and again he was kind and understanding starting with talking therapy and later hypnosis to help me relax from my anxiety and worked through the hypnosis on my IBS He also again talked to my subconscious which he found a earlier deeper problem that with my present situation had triggered the stress and anxiety I was feeling I am now IBS free and more relaxed and am able to cope with things that are going on around me.”
