Her energy, encouragement, and clear guidance make every session feel empowering. Whether you’re punching through a tough Combat routine or pushing through reps in Pump, she creates an atmosphere that’s both motivating and inclusive. Since joining, my confidence has grown massively. I feel stronger, more capable, and genuinely excited to show up each week. Kellie’s classes have helped me push past limits I didn’t know I had—and I always leave feeling proud of what I’ve achieved.”

If you want your children to learn how to defend themselves and have fun whilst doing it, Can't recommend SCA enough.”
