“Always get the cut spot on! These guys are amazing. They give high end haircut and colours, far better than I've ever had in London or any other city. Plus, they make everyone so welcome. “Had to pop in after attempting to wipe my only pair failed and snapped them near the lenses. Thankfully the lovely lady who was there was amazing. I believe her name was Angela. Anyway she was able to swap over my lenses into brand new frames. Thankfully the exact ones I needed were available and she was able to sort them pretty quick for me. I did have to spend quite abit that I originally wasn't expecting to spend that day. To be honest though it was worth it as I didn't have to order new glasses and have to wait awhile for them to come back. Angela (I hope I've remembered her name right) was an absolute godsend. Super helpful and polite. Made my visit so much less stressful with her calm and professional nature. So I was able to think calmly about what was the best solution since they were the only pair I had. Honestly any time I go in the staff prove time and time again why I prefer to be with vision express.”

“I visited Briton Ferry Dental practice for the first time yesterday. I was extremely impressed with the wonderful customer service I experienced from all staff and the practice manager from the minute I walked in the door. This wonderful customer service continued by the dentist (Rashika) herself and her dental nurse Emili. Who explained everything to me and made me comfortable during my treatment. The practice was so clean, organised, well run and my treatment plan explained to me in great detail. I don’t normally write such long feedback but I felt so grateful I just had to. “I've been going to Lyndsey for 6/7 months getting my hair ready for my wedding - from the first colour correction all the way through getting extensions and maintenance, her work is absolutely perfect. She is so talented, knowledgeable and easy to chat to and I always leave really happy with my hair which has often not been the case at other salons. Can't recommend highly enough!”

“I’m giving 5 starts as I’m always happy with the result. Everyone is very nice and helpful and I will be deffo coming back. The only thing that put me off with hair salons is that they have another client while you’re still not done. The other day I went with my step daughter she’s 8 so I thought since I booked both of us for the same hour they will do my hair and then her or her and then mine or both of us at the same time. But there was another client in between so she had to wait and we spent there two hours for just a haircut that initially took 20 min max. That’s way to long for a kid. I’ve been to few places before and that’s seem to be very common practice here in Wales. Except from that I recommend that place as they’re doing great job.”

He talked with me at length to find the best solution for me and email communication was very fast, literally replying within the hour. The company is small and local which enabled a very personal service where they genuinely want to help you and care for their customers. “I got my hair redesigned by Regan today, couldn’t have a more positive response to how he not only made my hair look exactly how I wanted from the pictures tailored to fit my hair type but the advice, facts and just the way in which he makes you feel comfortable through conversations gives me all the more reasons in rebooking; a truly lovely soul. Not to mention how soft, fluffy and shiny my hair now looks and smells amazing! He done a number on what i thought was dead hair which he reassured me was not! 10/10 service would 100% recommend”

“Majority of barbers/hairdresser around today for men are should I say, somehow less than qualified. Give them a trimmer and they think they can take on the world. They are heavy handed and with little finesse and precision. It's very often a cash transaction (i wonder why). Arwell on the other hand is very much in tune with the client. Whilst trimming away quietly and gently he engages in delightful conversation. The end product is faultless and recently i took my 2 year old daughter with me, who can on times be a little temperamental, but the staff showed great patients with her and made her feel comfortable and happy. Thank you guys. Going for a haircut as a man's perspective has become enjoyable once more.”

I normally have the same Bob style and then grow it out. I decided to take the plunge and go for a pixie cut and went to Manolo for the time Nicky cut my hair and we chatted like we had known each other for years..The cut she gave me was amazing. “I’ve taken my car to this garage 4 times and everytime the service has been excellent, the mechanics are friendly and welcoming. They have helped me last minute on 3 of the occasions, even though they were fully booked. Being female and not having a clue about cars, I’ve always worried about garages overcharging but now I don’t have to. This garage is honest, reliable and very fair priced. Highly recommend. “I've done first aid training previously, but I've never enjoyed it as much as I did yesterday with Amanda Powell. She held everyone's interest the whole way through, prompted us to answer questions, encouraged us to take part, was happy to go over things for anyone that wasn't 100% sure and never rushed any part of it. She was personable, friendly and funny which made what could have felt like an intense and difficult course, a fun and informative experience. I feel like for the first time, I'd be 100% comfortable to help someone with first aid. What I learned on this course is invaluable and might one day save someone's life. Thank you, Amanda... you are brilliant at what you do and I'll be keeping an eye out to see what other courses may available through Insight. As an additional note on Insight Workplace Health, I've had the pleasure of meeting both Liz and Ellie previously in a work capacity. These are the owners of the Company, and having met Amanda yesterday, it's evident to me that the way they run the company and their fantastic personalities are clearly embedded in their team culture.
