“I visited Briton Ferry Dental practice for the first time yesterday. I was extremely impressed with the wonderful customer service I experienced from all staff and the practice manager from the minute I walked in the door. This wonderful customer service continued by the dentist (Rashika) herself and her dental nurse Emili. Who explained everything to me and made me comfortable during my treatment. The practice was so clean, organised, well run and my treatment plan explained to me in great detail. I don’t normally write such long feedback but I felt so grateful I just had to. Thank you everyone and well done on such an amazing practice. Xx”

Our dentist, Morgan, takes time to discuss and explain any treatment and all the options. Morgan treated my very anxious son who had a million questions and needed lots of reassurance especially around timings through out the procedure.
