Not easy to find a good reliable garage but this one is a gem. Update - 3 years further on and all our vehicles still go up to Chris in Maesteg. I've used a few different garages over the years prior to CJR, but no one comes close to their service and pricing. I always recommend them to anyone I know.”

“I cannot rate this company highly enough. I bought a lawn scarifier from them and they were super helpful during the process. Unfortunately when it arrived it had been damaged in transit. I contacted the company who built the machine as the leaflet in the box recommended and they were less than helpful. After two weeks and many unfulfilled promises and emails that were never returned, I decided to call HWB. I informed them of my problem with the company and HWB called them on my behalf. HWB called me back as promised the very next morning with the issue resolved and the part needed being delivered the next day. Not only that they completely surpassed my expectation by offering me a complimentary gift as a goodwill gesture, even though the problem was not theirs in the first place. Would give 10 stars to them if possible. Super customer service.”
