“I have been coming to See Lucinda for nearly two years for the chronic pain my arthritic hip gives me. When I first attended, I could only get up and down the stairs on my hands and knees. Even then, it was extremely painful. Through much manipulation and many exercises, I can once again walk up and down the stairs, albeit slowly and having to use a hand rail. I love that Lucinda does not treat me with painful techniques and manipulation. She uses effective techniques that deliver results without heightening my pain levels. Lucinda has also helped me with my weight loss journey, which is standing at a 4 stone loss in the two years. Lucinda has given me a new lease of life, which i will be eternally grateful for. I have even been able to go fishing again. Something I haven't done for many a year.”
