“Excellent Thai food, with great service. In the middle of "nowhere", we were delighted to bump into a Thai restaurant. The interior has beautiful murals all over, the dragons are especially neat. We had the vegetable spring rolls and chicken satay, both were excellent (and the satay came with a free apple!). We had soft noodles, which were fine, and the spicy tofu with rice, which was awesome. We saw the photos of the salt and spicy French fries, they lived up to the billing. The service is attentive, and patient.”

I'd had a bad experience at another place in October and Bad apple made me completely forget that experience. the stylist was amazing, She talked me through options and Her thoughts when i asked for help. “Amazing food with an even more amazing range of Vegan / Plant Based options. Good quality and taste was great with a very impressive service time. Vegan and non-vegan menu options were explained in detail upon request. Staff were friendly as was the atmosphere. No complaints and I recommend you visit. As a bonus to the above, prices were very impressive.”

“I started coming to G&L's in 2020 and for the first time ever in 25 years I got my hair coloured by the lovely Lottie! I have been back twice since and booked in for my fourth colouring and style with her in May this year. I was so nervous about taking the plunge with colouring my hair as I had never had it done before and was quite nervous, Lottie made me feel so at ease and continues to do so every time I visit! She gives me great advise on what shampoo and conditioner to use and also which heat protector is best for my hair type. She talks me through everything she is going to use on my hair and I honestly could not wish for a better stylist then her! We get on fab and it's always nice to see her when I have my hair done for a good catch up putting the world to rights ❤️ would never go anywhere else best of the best”

“Was taken here by my friend for my birthday, and must compliment the staff fir a great experience. Made me feel special. Khan was super friendly and gave us a free pudding which was so so good. Main meal was delicious and good portion size. Very tasty and great atmosphere. Could do with some music in the background. Decor nice too.”

“My interest was piqued when I saw few reservations were available a month in advance. As soon as the food arrived, it all made sense. The portions are fantastic and the starters are almost mains. It's rare for me not to finish a meal but I had chips and almost half a pizza left over for lunch! Staff were all great and heartening to see the business doing well.”
