“The dentist family practice has nu merous customers, they are always on their feet making sure to meet the customer needs. They will always find a way to support the patients. I have had an emergency and they booked me the next day gave me antibiotics and a follow-up appointment for review and further treatment. The Dr was kind and professional taking time to explain me the pro and cons of my treatment and of my denture s state. Despite us a small and crowded building, I do recommend it 100%. . 10/10”

“Tooth Extraction - I had been waiting over a year for this appointment at New Cross Hospital and following the consultation there, unfortunately they made me even more anxious. So I contacted my dentist back at Treetops to ask if there was anymore options so that I didn’t need to have it done at the hospital. They contacted their specialist dentist Neeraj Pattani to ask him to check over the X-rays to see if this was something he could do. It was a more complicated case as the tooth root was very close to the sinuses. Treetops contacted me and told me that Neeraj was happy to do the procedure and that I could bring someone with me for support. On the day of the extraction, I was extremely nervous. From the moment I walked into the surgery they immediately tried to make me feel relaxed. The receptionists were reassuring, the dental nurse and Neeraj. He talked over exactly what he was going to do and he was so calming and reassuring with everything. There was no rush, I felt heard and both Neeraj and Emma (my dental nurse) made me feel so comfortable. The tooth extraction was nothing like I imagined. I didn’t even feel him take the tooth out. He was speaking to me the whole way through telling me what he was doing and Emma having a comforting hand on my shoulder to reassure me she was still there and I was doing so well. Having had such a bad experience previously at the hospital and the thought of having to go there again and have something like that happen again terrified me. I cannot thank the staff at Treetops enough for how they treated me and made me feel. They were amazing and we are so lucky to have such an amazing dentist here in Wolverhampton. A huge thank you to Neeraj and Emma for what they did for me on that day. Their kindness cost nothing but meant the world to me. Thank you Treetops.”

All the staff I met were professional and friendly, which made the whole appointment smooth and stress-free. I was really impressed with how staff member Elizabeth took extra care with our children and helped them stay calm through out the check up!”
