“Amazing service. Two individuals are amazing - Sharon and Aiysha. They have been so helpful it’s phenomenal. I think as fathers we need to take our emotions out of the service offered and be pragmatic and logical. Yes - there are certain items we would like immediately but these employees are under so much pressure we would not believe - so how about we give them a break and look at ourselves. I certainly could not do this job - so my hat goes off to these beautiful, helpful individuals- thank you. Always indebted Shan ( Thanks Aiysha and Sharon -You need a bonus - dealing with emotional fathers).”
“I really enjoyed my therapy sessions with Louise. I found it most comforting that the advice she gave was non judgemental, supportive and constructive. I have come a long way mentally since my sessions with Louise, and I only have her to thank. She made me feel like a person again and not once did I feel like there was any stigma towards mens mental health.”
“Great massage from Carol again, much needed and expertly executed. Have already booked another for 2 weeks time. Would not hesitate to recommend Carol. Staff are friendly and the premises is nice too and with the bonus of off street parking it is ideally placed for a visit.”
“Thank you so much to Chloe who helped me to find ways to cope when going through a really stressful and sad time. Chloe helped me to find peace in the chaos and to acknowledge that there are some situations I cannot control which helped to control my OCD rituals and compulsions. “Lesley is ace! If you’re like me and you’ve struggled with where you fit in life, work, family and just as a general person, she makes you realise that you are a person of worth and you can change things for the better. Highly recommend, if you do decide to go in for therapy with Lesley, you’ll be in excellent hands. She has helped me a lot.”
“I recently got referred to Louise via my work place after feeling stressed and anxious. I didn’t know what to expect but upon meeting Louise she was warm, welcoming, accommodating and I found her really easy to talk to. She gave advice on things I could do to help deal with feelings/ emotions or situations and when I put this advice into play it really did help. I’m generally a very quiet person and don’t tend to say much but honestly I felt so comfortable to talk to Louise that for someone that usually has nothing to say, well I didn’t stop talking to say the least. I highly recommend Louise and although my sessions have now ended I have kept her information should I ever need her services again in the future.”
“I have just recently finished my therapy course with Mel, i can honestly say this lady is a god send! She has helped me learn new skills to help manage some issues which i am now slowly overcoming, helping me to understand on a much deeper level why we experience some of the things we do and learn coping skills. I highly recommend Mel as she is an empathic, understanding and also very relatable Psychotherapist.”
“After nearly 5 years of starting the 'process' with Camhs, our daughter was referred here, via our GP, and diagnosed with ADHD and treatment was started to try and help her. We weren't promised an instant fix and were told it would be a monitoring process to help her get her life better. I won't say it's been easy but what I WILL say is these lovely people have restored our faith.. they genuinely care and our daughter trusts them. That's the best part. She has had to remove herself from further education because no diagnosis meant No help. That's awful when you watch a perfectly capable, clever young person, vegetate at home. When we went again for further screening with Camhs (BeeU) we were told at the assessment stage, that our daughter wasn't even going to be put forward for ADHD assessment and yet here we are, nearly 15 months later, and that is exactly what we have and she is so happy to be FINALLY listened to. We are now, finally (and after various reports suggesting strongly, that this is likely) being offered final assessment of ASD with this wonderful team. We would like to thank you all, for helping our daughter. We saw Frazer Funnel on our first visit and he completely 'got ' our daughter and understood our struggles too. So, so grateful. All the team we have met so far, including all the lovely front of house, admin team, make this journey better and more bearable. Dr Mohammad, we are thankful to Frazer and yourself for fighting for our corner. Thank you all.”
“Wonderful staff, thank you so much x”

“I saw Helen for a while - she was great. Really helped me go through the things I needed to in an organised way which helped me understand and get through a lot. I really liked how she was able to help me reflect and get deeper into the problems I was having to better understand and process them. Definitely recommend if you want to actually deal with your issues properly instead of just surface level treatments like CBT or other counsellors who don’t get deeper into the issues!”
“I took my 7 year old son here after his dad passed & found them really good. They also offered support to me but I wasn’t ready at the time. They called back promptly & never cancelled. The service is a free charitable service run by volunteers”
