“My name is Darren - I am the person who left a negative review. I could not post further so using a different Google account to leave an update. Properitor Mr Fish and I assume head solicitor had the decency to contact me. I believe it was due to seeing my post on here, but he did at least take the time out to make contact with me. He acted in a way you would expect of a responsible business owner. I just wanted to specifically point out my aggrievance was with a single solicitor at the firm and his specific actions. I also wanted to clarify the data protection issue was probably a mistake of admin personnel, I do not hold Mr Fish responsible nor believe he even had knowledge of the discrepancy before reading my review. He has acknowledged things and assured me practises have improved to avoid errors of that nature again. I am a fair person , I won't remove a truthful review but do not intend to tar an entire firm or a senior's name due to a personal bad experience.”
