Worst dining experience of my life, potentially RACIST waiters! Came here this evening expecting a good meal, walked in not too crowded. We came in asking for a table of 5, it was just 3 of us at first as 2 others will join us later. Half the restaurant was empty. The waiter told us to wait at the bar as she “finds” us a table of 5. We saw many tables empty but we didn’t complain and just sat waiting on the bar. The waitress then completely disappeared not checking on us again and other waitresses seem to be doing NOTHING. The bartenders were nice and offered us drinks while waiting for a table (we declined as we were here for food). After waiting for quite a while I tried calling a waiter to see the menu whilst still waiting for a table. The waiter did NOT want to serve us. The bartender had to walk out of the bar to grab us the menu. After waiting for 30 MINUTES we had enough as we were still not seated on a proper table. We complained and asked what was taking so long as there were so many tables empty. Finally they sat us down at a table which was at the very corner of the restaurant, the empty side of the restaurant which had no customers. We were handed a menu and the waiter left. We continued to wait, as the waiter said her “friend” will serve us shortly. We’ve been waiting to order. After 10-15 minutes another group of customers came and sat next to us. They arrived so much later than us but they immediately got served, without them needing to call a waiter, the waiter came up to them asking if they were ready to order. We waited for so long but no waiter wanted to serve us or take our order even though we did nothing but wait. We found that completely ridiculous and immediately walked out without a word, we chose not to complain as we didnt want to start a scene. It was very odd to us as we were the only asians in the restaurant and every other customer was “white”. We got the worst experience and were treated differently from everyone else. If you’re not “white” do not come here..

Much better experience than last year! The food was great, service was quick, and the whole atmosphere at TGI Fridays felt really upbeat and welcoming. Nice to see such an improvement we’ll definitely be back!

TGI Fridays at Resorts World brings its signature American dining experience to a spectacular lakeside setting. Guests enjoy classic favourites like burgers, ribs, fajitas, and sizzling appetizers, alongside refreshing cocktails, all in a vibrant atmosphere. What makes this location special are the beautiful views of the lake, creating the perfect backdrop for casual meals, celebrations, or relaxed evenings that feel like a getaway.

Ordered the loaded fries that are meant to have cheese and other toppings. Got a plate of bbq fries and not much else. No one at the entrance to seat. No one to let you know that you have to order from the bar and there’s no table service. No table numbers for when you do go up to order.

Absolutely shocking service and food. Table was booked weeks in advance as we were a group of 12. Arrived at 7:15pm and eventually taken to a table but split into 2 groups situated away from each other. Starter took over 1 1/2 hours to arrive. When main course arrived it wasn’t hot and looked like it had been thrown onto the plate from the other side of the room. So nearly 3 hours in this place with shocking service and cold sub standard food. When we complained we were told “well it is a little busy”. These big chain restaurants are utter garbage and I suggest you don’t waste your money and eat elsewhere.

Was nice place to eat before the concert we were going to. Service was excellent and food was usual TGI standard. Nice touch was playing Billy Idol tunes through the restaurant to get you in the mood for the gig.

Fathers day treat today, we visited the good food show at the NEC then headed here for a late lunch. We were worn out and starving on arrival. There are so many places to choose from to eat here with all the big names and familiar foods, it's been a while since I've eaten in a TGI's. Staff were friendly and welcoming though We were early so couldn't be seated straight away, we were given a buzzer and sat by the bar having a mooch at the menu. Once it was our time, we were buzzed to be shown to our table. Once seated we chose quickly from the great menu and ordered. We weren't told about a wait, but waited over 45 mins for food. We were told it was due to the allergy my mum has. Food was finally delivered hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful. We shared it between two of us so it was nice to have a mixture. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Good variety of tasty food. Big, satisfying portions. Good music and cool decor. Great location. Perfect place for a night out. Refillable soft drinks. We ate at 7pm on a Friday. Our waitress kept on top of all of our needs, and was delightful and friendly without being overbearing. She gave us a good first-hand recommendation when a dessert wasn't available. Always a great sign when the staff have a favourite they have on their break!

Great Ambience . Loved the décor and the music Great menu with varied cuisines Varied menu on cocktails and mocktails. Range of milkshakes too. There is a waiting period at peak times but you can sit around the bar and order drinks. The customer service is excellent and you see a smile on everyone's face. Very diligent and professional The place is equally enjoyed by adults and kids. You get a true American flavour in the restaurant and food. This one is located at bottom floor with the entrance from outside the resorts world. You have good access to great scenery to sit outside if the weather is good. Compared to restaurants of similar size and cuisines it could be tad costly for a family but its a must visit place for the experience.
