   A Truly Lovely Pub with Great Food and Atmosphere..... We visited this pub (12/12/2025) for a Christmas party as a group of 30, and I honestly can’t fault a single thing about the night. The food was absolutely lovely, especially my starter of glazed goat’s cheese was amazing and so full of flavour, easily the highlight for me. The atmosphere throughout the entire pub was fantastic, with everyone clearly in the Christmas spirit. Despite the pub being busy with other customers and our large group to manage, the staff did an incredible job. They were attentive, organised, and made sure everyone received all three of their pre-ordered courses without any issues. When it came time to pay, everything ran smoothly with one staff member handling the payments. It really helped that one of our group member had a list of everyone’s orders, which made the process easier for the staff but even so, they handled it brilliantly. We were given tables towards the back of the pub, which was perfect. It felt like we had our own little area, meaning we could enjoy ourselves and be a bit loud without disturbing other diners. There’s also plenty of parking and a great selection of drinks available, including cocktails. I really enjoyed my night and loved everything about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I’ve also visited before with my dog, we stopped in for lunch after a walk in the park, which was perfect and just as enjoyable. A great pub all round!

   Hands down my favourite pub to visit. The staff are always so welcoming and polite, especially Daniel! He always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re okay, is always happy to have a chat and makes you feel as though you’re part of the family. Honestly, if all pubs had a Daniel, they’d be one of the best! The pub is really clean, warm and inviting. Love the food here, and have never had any problems with anything I’ve ever ordered and it’s all super yummy and finished to a high standard any time. Can’t wait til my next adventure to the Greenhouse!

   Fantastic Experience We had a wonderful meal at this charming pub. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was genuinely impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented without being overdone. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, and the portions were just right. A special shout-out to our server, Dan, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and personable, and his recommendations were spot-on. Overall, a great place to relax, enjoy good food, and feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

   Thank you Greenhouse for your amazing hospitality. Family of fourteen came together for my Mums 80th Birthday. Our waiter Ash was very attentive, he was warm and friendly and of a genuine nature. Credit to the back of house, our food was delicious. Many different dishes were ordered and everything was perfect. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambiance and all the staff are so friendly. Thanks again for making an important celebration very special.

   We arrived for our booking early and was asked nicely if we would mind having a drink at the bar whilst our table was being set, which was no problem. We were served very quickly by Shawn who was also happy to answer any questions we had about different wines. Once seated we were then served by Maddie who was really attentive and gave excellent service. All the food was incredible and drinks arrived promptly. The atmosphere was perfect as well.

   Xmas at Green House. Usual perfection changed into mass produce. Undercooked vegetables and long waiting for drinks. Turkey was succulent and chocolate desert melted in the mouth. £15 extra for special menu wasn't worth it. Better to buy a bottle of sparkling wine.

   Right from arrival, the service was excellent. We were a little early but were shown to our table immediately. The food came out without any long waits but also not right away giving us time before courses. Our server was friendly and polite. The food was gorgeous, just as we had hoped for, for our Christmas lunch. It was the first time we had gone out on Christmas Day and were not disappointed.

   Very good friendly service. Prioritised a late joiner to our party and produced their meal as quickly as possible after the initial orders arrived. Food all very good, both meat and vegetarian options. One of our party said it was the best crackling on the pork from anywhere for many years. Thanks to the chef.
