Had a lovely lady called Marie deal with us. What a lovely lady. Sorted everything out for us as my mom done a surprise for me for my birthday. Food was perfect. Amazing !!!
Popped in for a meal after buying our Christmas tree. Loved the fact that the tea and coffee is unlimited and so we could get nice and toasty! We hadn't booked a table but could walk straight in with no issues on a Monday afternoon. The food was a little slow coming through but there were 7 of us so this wasn't a problem at all, and they did apologise for the short wait. Marie the server was very attentive, checked in with us a few times to ensure everything was ok and everyone really enjoyed it all. The festive menu also offered a nice selection and could recommend the Santa Stacker (which you can also double up the burger if you like). Overall a good, cheap and cheerful pub.
We both ordered the Christmas dinner. It was cooked perfectly. Crispy roast potatoes. Turkey was just right. Highly recommend giving this a try.
Tricky start to someone kicking off and being abusive to at the staff, however the management dealt with it amazingly well and we had a wonderful evening! Thank you for checking in and being great! We will be back! Thank you’
Food was great, had a mixed grill combo with a burger. So much food I had to take the burger home in a little box. Steak was cooked as asked for and everything was fresh, hot and very appetising. Marie in particular was super lovely, caring friendly and a pleasure to meet. Much appreciated everyone at the beeches
Was busy when I dined here. They had run out of clean utensils but other than that Staff friendly and very pleasant. Had a mini mixed grill which was filling a bit greasy but enjoyable. Great prices, good environment
I've visited this pub before the refurb and after regularly on the weekend and I honestly have no words! I'm so impressed by all the staff! It has been so busy since the reopening every time I have visited. Yes there has been a wait on food. But isn't that expected when the restaurant is full! Staff still go out their way, apologising for delays, trying to get drinks or anything else they can do to help. I take my hat off to the kitchen staff as the pressure they must face, no one sees that. I think all the staff deserve a massive thanks for going the extra mile! The new staff all seem really lovely and definitely service with a smile! Thanks for always giving me a positive experience there, I really enjoy it! Lovely, friendly family pub!
