   Pretty disappointing experience. The cake wasn’t fresh and definitely didn’t compare to authentic Italian desserts. The staff weren’t helpful in explaining the options, and the tables weren’t cleaned after previous customers, which wasn’t great. Honestly, it’s a very ordinary spot and I wouldn’t recommend it. The only positive? The tea comes in a generous size.

   Today I want to advise those who want to have an Italian ice cream at Gran Caffè: don't have Kinder Sundae. By the way, don't take sundae. Go to the basics: an ice cream in the cup or in the cone cookie. I had the idea of ordering a Kinder Sundae and everything came, except the flavour of the ice cream. Ugly presentation, totally melted ice cream, dripping on the table. A very bad experience. And it's a shame because the house offers great drinks. Here's the tip for you to enjoy better.

   We ordered a 'giant' Croissant from here to be delivered. It was a wonderful treat! The communication to enable Us to order and get it to our Home on time was excellent - it was well worth the money and super tasty We all feel inspired to pay a visit to the Café in person one Day - everything on the menu looks enticing!

   Beautiful delicious Italian food, all natural ingredients. The colours of the food are striking. But they are all natural from spinach, beetroot and charcoal. You have to see it to believe in it.

   I called in on the off chance whilst waiting for friends and it was a fantastic find. Authentic atmosphere with a vibrant hubbub, the staff were lovely- the upstairs had closed and they went out of their way so that I could still get a draught beer! The food looked great, I only had a snack but it was super tasty. Really reasonable prices too, will definitely return!

   Delicious pizza, really lovely. The ice cream was good too, but the cheesecake was quite bland, so I didn't enjoy it. A very continental feeling venue. One star down for the stench of cigarettes that was coming in from outside, even though we were inside and not immediately next to the door.
