   Tuesday morning, I came into store to have a look around As I heard shouting, only to realise the manager was having an argument with one of her staff on the shop floor…. unprofessional behaviour there was another customer in store that tried to speak and calm the situation they had words then I heard the manager shout did she tell you to come up to me and say this as they had same skin colour Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour from management…

   I cant believe what I saw today I didn't know if this was a clothes shop or a circus. The manager of the store was shouting to the top of her voice to another worker. I don't think the worker was in the wrong either but I think the manager wanted a crowd so I was ready to be entertained. Terrible management I feel sorry for the people working there.

   Disgusting service from the store manager today on a Wednesday evening around 5ish at the peacocks store in swan centre. I asked to return a dress that I had bought 3 days ago, and even though it was not damaged I merely wanted to exchange it for another dress. The ‘manager’ was very standoffish from the get go. She inspected the dress thoroughly and kept stating that she cannot resell a creased item, I’m sure you would iron your clothes that you sell the customers. When I asked if I could speak to her manager she mentioned she would be in on Friday, and I asked for her first name and she decided to speak to me in a condescending tone and say I don’t have to give you my name. Whilst I understand giving your name is not a legal requirement and merely a courtesy I didn’t appreciate her tone of voice. It was as if she did not want me to use her name as part of a complaint. I am a loyal customer and have shopped here for years with no complaints, but this service has put me off and I will be taking this further. If feedback is implemented I feel improvements can be made.

   I brought a hoodie from here and the zip broke off unfortunately I lost the receipt and they wouldn't exchange the item. The manager said he would make a phone call and get back to me. As I expected no phone call. Don't look after the customer and get him out the shop, sorry the system won't let me do a refund or exchange. Peacocks your rubbish thanks for not even trying. I've got a broken jacket that I may aswell cut up the clean the windows.
