   This branch of New look is neglected. Merchandising a mess changing rooms FILTHY !!!!! Staff slovenly and lazy . One member of staff on her phone entire time I was in there. The Grovener is struggling so surely a lil mor effort is needed

   Although only a small store, it's really nice to pop in and have a look around. Whenever I have visited this store, the staff have always been very friendly and polite, especially one woman in particular who, unfortunately I do not know the name of. A few weeks ago I phoned up to ask if they had an item in my size in stock, as online and at my local New Look store, my size wasn't available. The particular woman (as described above) helped over the phone and said they had one left in my size, and she even put it aside for me until I could collect it - she literally went above and beyond and I was so grateful for her doing that! So chuffed with the customer service here, recommend paying a visit!

   Very rude staff. I saw a jacket with sale tag on £10. I handed to member of staff. While I was busy with my baby. When I went to counter for bill. She asked for £20. Couple of time I told here and ask where the tag has gone. She replied very rudely there was no tag. I also request her to see if it’s fallen. But she was very rude. She said online it’s coming £20 and I can’t see that online. Keep on laughing and keep on saying it’s £20. You want it or no. Her other collegue just looking here and there. Very bad experience

   The choice is not large but this is only a small store. I wanted to try on an item , but could not find a member of staff to ask if it was ok to use the changing room , i had to go to the checkout and ask. Not really what I want to be doing to be honest . Not enough staff in view in my opinion.
