Moody staff, especially the guy always grumpy. If your face doesn't fit in ,they behave like grumpy pests with no manners.
My father! in his 70s, went into shop today to purchase what he thought was boxer shorts, however was briefs.. bless him! on returning home he reliased he made a mistake on spending £50 on buying for other family members! not just him, he went immediately back to shop when a male member of staff was rude and abrupt after my dad explained his mistake told him to leave the shop not his problem and it was no returns on underwear, also not to come back.. again my father in his 70s where is the compassion in that. I rang the Store Manager! however she was extremely lovely and understanding i mean its not like my father worn them lol and that was take out of packaging. how i bit my tongue, he sure hated the fact! we got the exchange.. my poor dad! and how he was treated, that man sure has'nt passed his customer service skills course.. (horrible person). To turn to an old man, and tell him to leave and not come back! sick much when my dad stood and said what am i to do with these? there not what i wanted..
Awful customer service not willing to help customers at all , think her name was Hannah staff need training as don’t have a clue what there doin.
Hadn’t been in since the store moved up the shopping centre. So popped in (24|08|2025). Spotted a shirt I wanted to buy, but decided to browse, lost track of time and saw who was very clearly the Supervisor/Team Leader staring at me from across the store, I then realised it was closing time, and I said sorry and she decided to shout at me: “Look, you being here means I cannot go home!” So I decided not to buy anything and leave. There’s no need to be rude, unprofessional and cold. What an absolute abuse of power. I apologised again, as I left and she said abruptly “I just really wanna go home!” Extremely uncouth.
Generally this store has been good. However I went in one day, brought a few articles of clothing. I pop them on the counter for the till clerk to put through, I gave her my blue light xard she said you cannot use them with asale items, I said but can I use them with non sale as some are no n sale, she said I should have given he r my card at the begining now she has to start again. Through them out the bag with one of the items nearly hitting me and then trying to hide her annoyance at the fact I am not psychic and putting them throught the till again. I took my items and didn't even bother to say thank you.
Good shop nice things very reasonable priced.Would be nice to have more stores. ❤️

Bought some lovely leopard print pyjamas today. So happy with them, cosy and comfortable. Northfield store well laid out and friendly staff.
Shoddy goods and unhelpful customer service. Bought some vests which shrank immediately after washing and was told to contact the shop about it. No - it is a manufacturing problem so not the shop's fault - I had no receipt so going back to the shop would have been an uncertain resolution - customer sevice shoud have sorted it when I asked them to. Won't be buying from Peacocks again.
