Decadent mix of crème caramel with a side of French hot chocolate. Deliciously rich and over indulgent. I enjoyed every second. Service was excellent particular mentions to Massoud, Maksimilian and the lovely lady whom seemed to be running the show effortlessly. Thank you all.

The food was very nice we had a three course meal before the theatre - starter was very good my husband had the calamari and i had the duck confit and the main was very tasty I had seabass which i would never had normally but was lovely and the dessert was delicious my husband loved the chocolate torte. They were very good with my nut allergy. Our server all was very friendly and helpful. However the only key down was the slowness of obtaining and paying the bill!

Our server - Faye - was lovely and super attentive. The food was good and arrived in decent time. Would most definitely go again, and I would recommend the chocolate pecan pie.

Côte Brighton offers a very pleasant and quiet atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal and having a conversation. The service was excellent — the staff were polite and attentive. The beer was also very good. However, the restaurant is not well-prepared to accommodate food allergies. I had a hard time finding suitable options. Unfortunately, the main dish, which featured beef, was disappointing: it arrived cold from the kitchen, with a noticeable amount of fat and gristle, and the preparation was overly simple and lacked flavor. On the bright side, the dessert was delicious. Still, I found the place overpriced for the overall experience.

Visited on New Years' Day (taken a while to review) - I remember enjoying my food, terrine and pork belly (not in the same course), but found the service a little off. Although it is admittedly not a fun day to have to work. Disappointing that the set menus are so limited these days, but I suppose inflation has hit us all.

I came on my own for a late lunch and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. I hadn’t booked but had the drink offer in my emails so the waitress redeemed it for me and it was absolutely delicious! Probably the best cocktail I’ve ever had! Everything was excellent and it was the relaxing, enjoyable experience I hoped for.

What a disappointment. Been in many Cote brasserie branches around in UK and let me tell you never received such a shocking service or better said no service at all. Came on Sunday afternoon to have a brunch. We and some other people been waiting by the door for a good 10 min until waiter rushed out of his feet acknowledge us. We asked if we could sit outside as it was lovely weather and been told to take a seat and someone will bring menus shortly.Sat outside with no menus for at least 15-20 minutes, until went inside to ask for a menus once again. Once received menus and ready to order it took so much effort to get waiters attention that we would be able to order our food. We used to love nice cote breakfast hence why choose to come there on Sunday afternoon, but that was wrong choice for sure. Tasteless scrambled eggs if you can even call that, mushrooms soggy and dry, probably sat on the heat lights whole morning. French toast with sloppy black mint garnish, old blueberries and mouldy raspberry on top - what lovely combination. During our brunch not even one member of the staff came over to ask how was our food or if we would like to have some more drinks as we just sat there like a ghosts seems like. Needed to go in and ask for a bill, and only been told that it's very busy and they short on staff. However inside was only 5-6 small tables and by the waiter section at least 4 members of staff including managers just chatting!! Instead of just chatting I think you should concentrate of guests service and perhaps cleaning your restaurant area.

We came for a quick bite 90 mins before closing but ended up staying for cheese and port. Lovely food, yummy cheese. The staff were all delightful, especially our waitress Georgia who was more than happy to serve us and a have a laugh even though we stayed after they were supposed to close! Will definitely come back next time I’m in Brighton :)
