    Absolutely horrible as soon as I entered the store they were acting suspicious the called 5 or 6 security guards I honestly felt harassed and I am disgusted the fact that I came to buy something and the assumed I was here for something else the world we live in ☹️

    I regularly shop at this branch of H&M and generally find the staff very pleasant and helpful but today I was served by a very rude asian girl who had a problem with me returning some items even though the manager (who was very professional) said it was ok. She behaved as if my transaction was affecting her personally. She should not be customer facing with that kind of attitude.

    My daughter found a few pieces in here, it was surprisingly busy with a wait on the changing rooms. You do need to try items on, as they sizing varies even in store with a size 8 being too big and a size 10 being too small, the various style fits of jeans makes it hard to get it right without trying on a dozen!

    The selection of clothes changed a lot since I visited last time. It is all jeans and not much more in terms of any other trousers. Was left a bit disappointed as I used to shop here a lot. Otherwise, the store is very clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful.

    Ricky I believe his name was. He was tall,slim with glasses. No emotion on his face. So unfriendly and didn’t want to help when looking for additional products, the store has now lost my custom as a regular. If help is needed avoid asking him. Might need to have some basic customer service training on how to treat customers!

    Always love H&M. Small maternity section, but it's alright for my wife. She likes it. Men's section is a decent size, as is the kids section. Discount rails are well stocked and change regularly, which is great. We love coming here. Have had issues with the smaller lift where you hold the button, it often does work. The big one go go upstairs is no issue and never has been, but the smaller one hasn't worked at least the past 5 times, which is ok with a pushchair, as we can carry it. No idea how wheelchair users do it.
