   ⭐ Great customer service at Next I had a really good experience at Next thanks to Nishal Vatnal. I asked him whether the jacket I liked was suitable for winter, and he took the time to explain it clearly. When it wasn’t available in store, he ordered it online through the shop’s system straight away and made the whole process quick and easy. Nishal was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Really appreciated his support — excellent customer service!

   I visited the Next store at Birmingham and had a pleasant shopping experience. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the various sections. The clothing selection is extensive, catering to men, women, and children, with styles ranging from casual to formal wear. The checkout process was efficient, during peak hours, the fitting rooms could get quite busy, leading to a short wait. I would recommend visiting during off-peak hours for a more relaxed shopping experience.

   Need more people on the tills. Wanted to buy a certain type of jean yet they were all mixed up in sizes & styles so was a complete nightmare. Whilst it's a decent size store it wasn't the best Next store I've been to.

   Good luck trying to purchase anything on the top floor. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the till and ended up.sitting on a comfy sofa because I thought I'd be there for a while

   very large store 3 storey staffs are friendly only problem is most of the time it's hard to find a staff near you I do not like to go when they have lots of offers on because it's hard to find something they tend to put loads of unsold stock which is going out of season or fashion soon and there are so many people in the shop not buying just going through everything
