    Don’t really understand the negative reviews of this store. Never have to wait long to be served and staff are always friendly, been using it since it opened in 2018 and have never had a reason to complain. We use the click and collect a lot and the costa inside is really good too.

    I recently experienced a problem with a click and collect order. The member of staff who dealt with this could not have done more to resolve the issue. She was apologetic and very kind and considerate , as was a colleague .     Went to return item yesterday at Next never had the receipt as items were gifted to me. The first time I went to Next staff member said she was unable to locate the item on till and to contact customer services and see what they say. Spoke to customer services told them the situation I did not have receipt as it was a gift and I did not feel comfortable asking the family member for the receipt. I was advised I could go back into store and ask for the item to be put on a refund card, which I can only use in the store, which I was happy with. I had all this conversation as proof I went into store yesterday evening was served by a gentleman Waheed showed him the conversation I had with the customer service team, he was happy to do it but had to get authorisation from the store manager. The store manager Tash came explained my situation showed her the conversation she completed ignored it and just said need the receipt. I felt very disrespected dreadful customer service on her part. If she can't honour or respect the words of her own customer service team what respect would she have for her customers. It was £24 she couldn't even offer as a goodwill gesture. It is not acceptable to make customers feel uncomfortable. Also next store and their customer service team need to be on the same page and not contradict each other.

    Good sized store with an upstairs. Children's, women's and men's section. Friendly staff. During peak rush hour times, 5pm till 6.00pm always seems to be a wait in the queue at the tills though. There is now a machine by the door you can use to do your returns but only one person at a time. Told always seen to be slow to get through. In addition there is a Clarke's shoes inside the store

    Clark shoes (inside Next) Fantastic shop, great selection of quality mens shoes. The manager is a very knowledgable young man. Quick to understand a customers needs and wonderful knowledge of his stock and manufacturers availability. Very quickly selected over half a dozen possible shoes for my needs. As a disabled customer it was a great feeling to be listened to and understood. Pleased to recommend this shop for your custom. I'm sure that ladies and children shoes would attract the same attention to detail, but untested on this trip. Great shopping experience..

    Very rude store lady Amy. She was just being rude without any particular reason! Really disappointed at her behaviour as never experienced anything like this before being a regular shopper there. Other than that the store is fantastic.

    I brought my 4 year old for his first shoe fitting at Clarks. It’s a nice little store with lots of choice for kids. The assistant was friendly and he was happy to let her measure his feet. I was also given advice on the best size and shoe. Walked away with some cute trainers that were on sale. I think this will be our regular Clarks now. Family friendly and not too busy. Only strange thing was when the store assistant questioned my fertility which I thought was a bit weird.
