   Bad meal - Decided to order here day after Boxing Day & the food has completely changed. Salt chilli chips were just chips with powder on completely dry. Chicken Chow Mein we were unable to eat went in the bin, tasted like off bean sprouts throughout the dish and had no other flavour like it would usually. No onions in it / didn’t look like the noodles were cooked properly just a plain colour. Chicken balls were soggy and chicken was rock hard inside. Have no idea what’s happened to the Chinese as I’ve been ordering here for at least ten years which is such a shame also very expensive for a disappointing meal.

   I’ve ate here a few times and really dissapointed this evening, I ordered a set meal with chicken balls and chow mein and was expecting sweet and sour sauce as this is what you normally receive with this dish, but no just dry chicken balls and noodles. I also ordered salt and chilli chips which I’m sorry to say were the worst Chinese chips I’ve ever ordered, never had them like this. Really disappointed.

   An amazing family run takeaway business with very delicious food! Taste like they were made with love!!! Highly recommend the prawn satay, salt & chilli ribs, house special duck, crispy shredded chicken & Beef Forgot to take photos of most of the order as the whole family demolished them by the time I remembered!

   This has been my usual Chinese takeaway for the past few months. Whilst the food can take quite a long time to be ready, it’s always been absolutely delicious. Refreshing to see such a wide variety of dishes ranging from traditional Chinese dishes to modern ingredients with a ln Asian flair. I have learnt to order much further ahead of time, because as mentioned earlier the wait times can be long but the food is always 10/10 so I would rather wait a bit longer and have a delicious meal than an average one elsewhere. Portion sizes are large, ingredients are all high quality and they’re not stingy on meat unlike other Chinese takeaways.

   Tried this place as they have a 5* food hygiene rating. Food quality/value/experience is very disappointing. £50 for 4 people, made to wait in the car for 25 minutes, got home to discover our main prawn dish is missing! A driver did deliver this towards the end of our meal; but pointless by then and also it tasted vile. Too much salt and grease, poor customer service and heavily processed food.

   Ordered at 5.40pm still waiting at 7.25pm no idea how much longer but absolutely ridiculous. Paying higher prices and delivery but service becoming shockingly bad. Just for reference have gone to this place for the last 12 years and never moaned before but fed up when your 4 year old is so hungry. Update food arrived 7.35pm burnt noodles!

   Have food from here on a regular basis and has always been very nice. Very friendly delivery drivers as well. Last week I ordered online delivery and when delivered was one item short. That is not my complaint as things like this happen now and again. I rang and explained. Without hesitation or questioning, the young man promised to deliver the missing item asap and within 25 minutes I had the remaining dish. Excellent customer service (and food). Happy to recommend.

   This place ALWAYS forgets to deliver drinks. My last order they forgot chicken balls as well as 2 drinks. I tried to call for over 3 hours and a half hours after my food was delivered, they didn't bother to answer until 1 minute before closing time. I only got refunded £5.00 instead of £11.20. The refund didn't equal the 2 bottles of drink which is £ 5.60. No refund for the missing sweet + sour chicken balls. That's the last straw.
