   Really enjoy shopping at Next Solihull. The store is clean, well organised, and easy to navigate. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a great variety of clothes and homeware.

   Came to store to buy the dining table I wanted ive been looking at online. Fortunately the table was on display. As im looking at the table and trying the chairs with my 5 year old daughter one of your female staff decided to come over, step in front of me and assume to sit at the table with her laptop and diaries, spreading all over the table. Asking another member of staff what shift they are on today, no care for the actual customers around them. I wont be buying a table from next

   I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Next at Solihull Sears Park. Buying a suit used to feel like a proper shopping experience you’d spend your money, and in return you’d at least be given a hanger and a suit bag as part of the service. Sadly, those days seem to have gone. When you’re spending that much money on a suit, you expect a certain level of care. Instead, at the checkout my suit was treated like it was a pile of T-shirts from Primark. No care taken, no presentation just folded up and pushed across the counter. It honestly felt like there was no appreciation of the fact that this wasn’t a cheap, casual item but a formal suit that should be handled with more attention. I asked for a suit bag, which I didn’t mind paying extra for. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was that the cashier didn’t even bother to put the suit into the bag for me they simply folded it again (badly) and then asked me multiple times if I wanted a plastic bag. At that point, I was left wondering whether anyone actually realised how much money I had just spent. If I’ve paid for a suit bag, surely the least you can do is place the suit properly inside it? In the end, I had to do it myself just to make the point. The whole thing left a bad taste. Buying a suit should feel like a premium experience, not like you’ve just picked up something off a clearance rail. It’s not about the hanger or the bag being free it’s about basic customer service and the sense that the staff care about what you’ve bought. Sadly, that was completely missing here.

   Huge store with parking out at the front, disabled spaces easily located at the front of the store. Lovely roomy store with women's on the ground floor with some homeware and news on the top floor with Costa, Paperchase and more homeware. Definitely worth a visit.

   Your average Next branch really. Although it can get busy, some staff at the collection point can be a bit rude and / or off key and it takes away from it all. I don't look forward to collecting my online orders from the branch. That's why I've not given it five stars. Having said that, the normal store service is usually great and I have no complaints.

   Went to the Costa inside Next Home. Its a good place to have a coffee peacefully. The lady made amazing coffee. Though this dies not have a drive through, prefer going there. The Next Ho.e is an added bonus. ;)
