   Hi..I'm writing about the girl who worked at the cash register between 11.00am and 11.30am who took orders from customers..as we walked in with my family and my 6 year old son, the little one went to the fridge to get a juice..immediately the lady left her post and came to close the door. Maybe he was afraid of being let in or something, probably because we are not English and we are from another country... anyway, we leave our money in the store and we owe respect and a smile..I am writing to you with respect and appreciation...all the guys in our store know we have been going there every day for about 2 years now...

   Four of us visited this Costa for coffee and cake. As we were queuing we noticed all the cakes were covered in flies .They were crawling all over them. We pointed this out to the 2 girls who were completely disinterested and carried on serving the cakes. I am a regular customer of Costa but won’t be visiting again.

   I went to Costa today and this incredible woman did an extraordinary job! It was 8:30 am and there were lots of people waiting in the queue but she was flying through the orders with a happy face too. I didn't catch her name but she was a little young and had black hair. She was working today 01/12/22 in the morning. Overall fantastic and now I am a regular!

   Unfortunately not impressed with this particular one. My daughter who was breast feeding my 6week old grandaughter was stared at constantly by people l would have thought had more about them. The toilets were disgusting. Dirty . Sink dirty, loo roll all over the floor and one of the loos hadn't even been flushed. A lady went to tell staff who seamed not interested at all. She promptly left. Pity as l love Costa . What a big disappointment. Will not be visiting this one again

   The drinks was over flowing and the cream was watery the staff got my drink order wrong twice the staff was rude to the point the man there didn’t want to retake my order so he was taking the Mick out of me. I’m not arguing type so I left it and payed for a drink I can’t have as of my food allergies. Not sure I’ll come back again but will tell others to avoid that gentlemen not going to say names but he shouldn’t be working with people with disability or health problems. The drink I had wasn’t even close to full. My other half got lucky then me.
