Beer's not bad. What makes this place is the staff and atmosphere. Mia in particular was great! Customer service second to none, can't fault it.
What a brilliant little pub! Great choice of beers and spirits. The atmosphere is perfect - a buzz of conversation, service on point. Warm, cozy and perfect for a session! Oh, it’s dog friendly too!
It’s third time visiting this place whenever i come to Bakewell. Friendly staff who could advise on their selection of craft beers, spirits or wines. Log burning stove kept the room cosy. Anyhow at least we had good time here.
Lovely experience here! Great service and great drinks. I was unsure which one to order and the staff offered to try. My family liked the draft beer and wine a lot. Thank you, we love Bakewell!
Stayed around the corner from here and popped in for a quick beer. Dog friendly! Amazing place, lovely vibe and a super selection of cask and keg tipples, and a wonderful range of spirits! We’ll definitely pop back whenever we are around!

Loved it! A fantastic beer selection which the owners make sure it's from the local area and surrounding hills. The conditioning of the beer was exceptional, served against the backdrop of an excellent music selection. Best of luck to the new management in their venture, I'm sure they'll be awesome. And a big shout out to the wood burner, super toasty!
Been here once, first place I wanted to go when we came back to Bakewell. A great position, just on the edge of the bustle, although they do get deservedly busy. Plenty of great beer, a friendly welcome and like-minded beer and chat lovers to pass the time with. Also a good place to people watch if you sit outside.
