   PLEASE AVOID!!!!! Bought a pair or shoes and went to return the following week after try at home with a dress. They refused to accept the return because they were ‘worn outside’ which was not the case. They were bought from their sale rack. Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager. Will never buy shoes from there again and tell other people to avoid!

   My first visit, took advantage of the stores 'back to school promotion' to buy some shoes for one of my Grandson's return to school. Could not find the sizes I wanted but was kindly and efficiently assisted by one of the Deichmann assistants. Got what I needed!

   Ok. Expensive for what it is, used to be better value. Things like the Nike trainers they sell are cheaper in Sports Direct. The aisles are cramped and if people are already down there and rummaging about trying in shoes you have no chance. Didn’t stay for long as too chaotic.

   I never leave any reviews but the woman who served my mum and I today was just utterly brilliant. This woman had plenty of opportunity’s to up sell but she didn’t. She was so honest and trustworthy (she came around the counter and asked what size shoe I was) Can’t wait to try out my new insoles!! Quick and honest service - I’d come back 100%

   Really helpful staff and a decent selection of shoes given the size of the store. It's good that they have foot measures you can use to gauge what size you need. They stock leather and non leather options, so good choices, and they have good sales and discounts too. Sensible and transparent pricing, I like shopping here.
