Very good they carry a good range of stock even tested my car battery on the vehicle, nothing was a problem great friendly staff. Bought the correct battery fitted it myself at home. A great service and will use again and recommend.
We bought a car battery 2 years ago, so few days ago the car failed to start, so we have made a diagnosis and came up as damaged. We went 2 3 days ago to let them know that we have warranty for it, and one of the girls say that the battery has to be taken out and settle 30min - 1h before being checked, (5min procedure) , so because the battery was charged at home, and also on the car, we said we will be back in few days. Today we went back and the other girl, that previously was there and listened out conversation, came to us this time, ask us to place the battery on the table and to complete a paper with our details. I asked why, because we can wait, but her answer was : we have to send it to wearhouse for answers, so it will take time. We had just a bit more then a week for warrenty, so I asked how long will take... Her answer was: I don't know can be 1 week or 2weeks... Such a joke... Why did you no tell me this from the bigging??? I had to leave earlier from work today, I had to ask a friend to drop me there, to let me know that I need to buy a battery until you decide for your answer?!? Bad joke, girls!
Bunch of con artists. I used the part checker on their site to check the battery was suitable for my car, then ordered one that was supposed to be correct. When it arrived it was tiny but I thought I'd try it in the car as it was the part they'd told me to order. Shortly afterwards I was advised by a mechanic to replace it as it'd get an MOT advisory for being too small for the bay. Naturally these chancers refused to accept an exchange (not a refund - an exchange) as the battery had been installed in the car...

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a battery for next day delivery before 1pm never turned up. Called them to ask for an update they said it hasn't left the warehouse yet waiting for courier to pick up. I ask DPD what's the hold up they said the seller needs to arrange pick up they have the consignment. Third day still no delivery called again staff have no clue what's going on and not helpful either. 4th day still no update. Ended up cancelling the order and getting a refund. Guys avoid this place it's nothing but headache.
Probably one of the most abysmal services I’ve had in a long while. Ordered a Battery and Jumpstart kit on the Sunday and paid for next day delivery before 1pm, I expected this would mean Tuesday as it was ordered Sunday night. When it didn’t arrive Tuesday I shot over an email and they gave me £3 discount, no worries I say giving benefit of the doubt. Package arrives Wednesday, battery is in there but no jumpstart kit. Email again, they reply they hadn’t printed off a label so they ask if I still want it, yes of course I want it I paid for it and even paid extra for the quickest delivery. As it was their mistake I expected they’d have tried to get it to me asap, especially as I had already paid for next day delivery on the original order, even with the £3 refund, which at this point is penny’s compared to the annoyance. No delivery on Thursday. No Delivery Friday. Fast forward the weekend it’s now Monday night and still no jumpstart kit. No reply to my email. If I had known it was going to be this much of a mess around I’d have just gone with euro car parts, pricier but at least they’re efficient, would have had both by the Tuesday. Not over a week late. Would not recommend.
To your own benefit avoid this scammers. They're working together with battery group scamming everyone, where they insist it's 2 different companies but they have your tracking number, address and all the info you give the battery group.
Really good place for batteries. £150. At Euro parts . £44. HERE . SAME MAKE AND MODEL. I even asked twice if that was the correct price. Yes she said we supply the trade . But the public are welcome to .
