   WOULDNT TRUST OR RECOMMEND TO SAVE MY LIFE!!! Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Ive had beko out 7 times to fix the 2 appliancez i bought in the first 6 months, I spent £130 on an appliance that was deemed unfixable and got nothing in return—no refund, no resolution, just being told to wait months for a replacement. Customer service is ridiculously unhelpful, slow, and frustrating, doesn't answer calls and only whatsapps. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. Extremely disappointed and angry at how poorly they handle customers if they have any issues, worth spending a little more and getting a reliable appliance from currys.

   Bought a Samsung Twin cooling plus (usually priced at £1300) and Beko WDL742431W washer‑dryer ( usually priced at £399) for £938 delivered and installed. In addition to this, the fridge freezer was too large to fit through the front door. The staff took the doors off, and reassembled it in the kitchen Thank you so much !

   DANGEROUS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They sold me a range oven for £450 and when an engineer fitted the oven he condemned it due to it being unsafe and failing safety tests. The oven had faulty safety systems and had been tampered with and parts replaced by someone without being gas safe registered!! Liverpool Appliances have refused to give me refund and now won't return my calls. I'm now £530 out of pocket with a dangerous oven I can't use.

   I went in just to browse, they had a huge selection of appliances to choose from. Very friendly guy running the place, answered all my questions, saw 2 beautiful appliances & I just had to have them lol. I would definitely be a returning customer. As a note: they take cash & bank transfer only as payment.

   Absolute life savers! I spent 4 weeks with no cooker or fridge spent a fortune on takeaways and eatting out! I'm new in my first flat and struggled to have anyone carry items up the stairs. The lads that did were so nice about it and didn't over charge me for delivery even though I was willing to pay anything through desperation. I'm in need of a washing machine and will definitely return - advising all my friends to only deal with these guys. I picked out my it's Tuesday and by Thursday they were delivered. Honestly, I couldn't be more grateful.
