   Scam do not give any deposit you will not get it back. God is watching you mr. Jehangir Malik Abbas you are a dishonest man you made false claims that I had a party and was smoking in the property. Unpleasant stay horrible hosts book a five star hotel instead of funding this man fancy Mercedes-Benz clearly scammed his way trough life.

   PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR DEPOSIT!!! very rude and unprofessional dishonest person still has not return my £300 deposit. Made up claims That i hade a party and smoking in the property do not sign any document its a scam. Book yourself at hiltons instead at least you will get what you paid for not a horrible toilet smell in the bedroom.

   Search Lux In Aparthotel in facebook you will then see how many victims were posting about all the behaviors from this landlord plus how they have been keeping tenants' deposits all these years. No Hong Kong tourists will rent from here.

   Booked property, sent ID’s then made way to the property as requested. He was not there and said he would be 45 minutes. I said this was nit good enough and asked for a refund. He said ok. I called booking.com and he told them he arrived and I was a no show. Very dishonest. I win however as got chargeback from the bank. Booking.com sided with me and he refused refund. They say they will be taking him off booking.com. Avoid this cowboy!

   I have to say this is the best Apartment ever i stayed.Host is very friendly and helpful, Gave us free car parking space for whole stay. i was worried about my deposit while booking this place and called Host he said if you do not damage our property or break any house rules we will refund your deposit fully after you checked out and you should get your money back to your account with in 3 working days. Lucky enough i received my deposit back same day around 5pm. Yes i would use this company again.

   Just learnt from my from that this is not a honest operator. Think twice and book another accommodation. I write this comment because I don't want any other people fall into this scam. Don't trust Agoda's comments about this property as the operator force the guests to leave positive comments before refunding deposit. They did not refund deposit eventually.
